I was named after the famous Jimmy Stewart that the human who found me was watching.

You always hear about these laid back cats that are so calm, but I am the definition of this. My most exciting moments are waking up from a nap and walking to get food or water. If you like cuddle bugs that will let you hold them for hours and hours, I am your guy!!! I love to be held!

I am deeply grey and I was told I am a “Russian Blue” right down to the temperament. I am about 3 years old and fully vaccinated, neutered and in very good shape. Even though I am not active, I am very trim. I am ok with wet or dry food, and a little from my human if it is offered.

I do not react to that nasty catnip stuff, but if you find “Silvervine” for me I will be a drooling mess in minutes. I play some, but if there is another cat playing, I will sit back and watch so we do not get into misunderstandings.

I am great with other cats, but I am very submissive. I will defend myself if I have to, but it is only if I am cornered with no way out.

I am pretty sure I am a one of a kind. I would be great with someone that is a little slower or older. I will not mind children, but my temperament is not conducive to play and the normal things kids would expect. I am a sedentary fellow and probably will not change.

Jimmy was found with a very bad wound on his tail and one on his leg. He is completely healed now and the fur is growing back.
